Our business
OneSelf Health Pty Ltd (ACN [to be confirmed]) is an Australian health technology company headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria. We operate the OneSelf personal health understanding platform, providing members with integrated biomarker analysis, wearable data interpretation, and practitioner-guided health insights.
OneSelf is a digitally-native business. Our operations are primarily conducted through software and contracted services, with a small team of employees and contractors based in Australia.

Our supply chain
Our principal supply chain activities include:
- Cloud infrastructure — cloud computing and data storage services provided by major technology platforms
- Laboratory services — pathology and diagnostic laboratories conducting biomarker testing on behalf of members
- Software and technology — licensed software, development tools, and SaaS platforms
- Professional services — legal, accounting, design, and consulting services
- Practitioner network — registered healthcare practitioners engaged as independent contractors
We currently do not manufacture physical goods. Our supply chain is services-oriented and concentrated in Australia, with some technology providers operating globally.

Risk assessment
We have assessed our operations and supply chain for modern slavery risk. Given that our business is services-based, Australia-concentrated, and works primarily with established professional and technology providers, our inherent modern slavery risk is assessed as low.
Higher-risk categories we have considered include global cloud infrastructure providers whose own supply chains may include hardware manufacturing in higher-risk jurisdictions, and pathology supply chains involving consumables and equipment.

Due diligence
Our due diligence activities include:
- Reviewing modern slavery statements published by our principal suppliers
- Including modern slavery representations in new supplier agreements
- Prioritising suppliers domiciled in Australia or jurisdictions with strong labour protections
- Maintaining a confidential reporting channel for concerns about supplier conduct
Where a supplier is unable to demonstrate adequate modern slavery controls, we will work with them to improve or, where necessary, seek an alternative.

Measuring effectiveness
We assess the effectiveness of our modern slavery actions by tracking supplier agreement coverage, reviewing any concerns raised through our reporting channel, and reviewing this statement annually.
We have not identified any instances of modern slavery in our operations or supply chain during the reporting period.

Training and awareness
All employees involved in procurement and supplier management receive awareness training on modern slavery risks and our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2018. This training is refreshed annually.
